after Order to restore data [Hosting], what the next action

Hello,

Please, I was make order for Hosting Restore, but after payment,

I have only a new empty account (New cPanel),

I make start up and link the new host with the same domain!

 

Please, what the next step?

Hello @sharq. Customer support would need to process the restore for you. That's usually done via an escalation ticket. If you didn't receive one then please call or chat with support again to ensure it is in progress.
