my hosting account expired and i can't move my files to another hosting account

my hosting account expired in 25-6-2020 .. and i can't move my files to another hosting account ..

 

what can i do in this case ? , my files are very important and very big .. i can't create again ...

 

i renewd my domain and payed for new hosting account .. i want to move my old account to the new one ..

If the chat isn't working I suggest trying a private browser / switch to US (lower left) as your local - GoDaddy support is the only ones that can help. There maybe a restore fee - You will need to check with them to find out.
