purchased domain not showing at https://dcc.godaddy.com

I purchased a domain at April 28 2018, but it's no longer visible inside my godaddy account.

I can still access plesk and FTP, my account hasn't expired yet, and I have a receipt confirming my purchase.

Honestly that's not acceptable and needs to be resolved asap.

Unfortunately, the volunteers in this forum don't have access to Account details. You would need to call in or live chat with customer support to resolve this issue.
