Add a Landing Page to a Website Builder

I would like to add a landing page to our website that says something like "Celebrating 20 Years!!!". This page would have images and text only, no navigation or anything like that. When visitors click anywhere on the page I would like them to be directed to our existing Home Page.

Is this possible within the Website Builder platform?

No.  For most websites a splash page is not needed, the Website Builder platform tends to stick with the most mainstream of options.
