There should be easy way to add html in blog posts like that for adding pictures and lines in blog posts, or like adding html on main page in your page editor/page maker or whatever you call it without any outside pages/programs. I'm surprised that nobody thought about it, it's basic thing. By the way, is there a way to place banner in blog post without wordpress or things like that? All articles/video tutorials I found were out of date.

Unfortunately, adding HTML to blog posts on the Websites + Marketing platform is not currently available. In order to do that specifically, and with little trouble, I would definitely suggest something along the lines of a WordPress or Joomla site.

Hello ReneArtois, I hope you are doing well. You can place a banner or an image in your blog posts easily. GoDaddy Website Builder lets you add your own code (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) to your website. This allows you to extend the capabilities of your site with such things as custom forms, maps, and special-function buttons — to name only a few options. You can check out these instructions for making those entries. If the option doesn't give you the control you want on your blog, you may want to consider a Managed WordPress blog that will allow for more features.
