Cannot move pages to were I need them. None of the tutorials looks like my website builder does. Live help was no help at all and a waste of time.

It looks like you're using Website Builder v7.  In the page designer click the navigation menu to select it and then click Edit (Pencil/paper) on the mini toolbar that appears.
