    Contact Form Can't Send To Own Email

    I have a "Contact Us" section on my site, and it is supposed to send an email message to my site's email ( However, whenever an email is sent, nothing is received on the Outlook end (not even in the spam/junk folder), it is definitely sending, because I am having it dual send to my personal email for right now to check that it's actually being received.

    Important Info:

    -Email Works (I can forward my email from my personal email to the site email and it receives it just fine)

    -Email Sender Works (It shows up in my gmail inbox)

    -Using PHPMailer

    -Can't use SMTP Auth/Secure (Because of GoDaddy's insane email port blocking practices)

    -Site is as whitelisted as I can make it (they don't allow you to whitelist your own site, so I did it's IP address)

    -Code Below

    $mail = new PHPMailer();
    $mail->Host = '';
    $mail->Port = 25;
    $mail->SMTPAuth = false;
    $mail->SMTPSecure = false;
    $mail->Priority = 1;
    $mail->AddCustomHeader("X-MSMail-Priority: High");
    $mail->From ='';
    $mail->FromName = "Website";
    $mail->addSender = '';
    $mail->AddAddress("", "Website");
    $mail->addReplyTo("", "Website");
    $mail->WordWrap = 50;
    $mail->Subject = "Website Contact Form";
    $mail->Body = $message;

    Sorry for the poorly labeled post, they had no applicable labels.

    Hi @JasonTie

    Thanks for posting in our community forums. Without the actual email address it's hard to determine the issue. You will want to give our hosting team a call to look into this. They can be reached by dialing 480-463-8824.
