I have a "Contact Us" section on my site, and it is supposed to send an email message to my site's email (email@example.com). However, whenever an email is sent, nothing is received on the Outlook end (not even in the spam/junk folder), it is definitely sending, because I am having it dual send to my personal email for right now to check that it's actually being received.
-Email Works (I can forward my email from my personal email to the site email and it receives it just fine)
-Email Sender Works (It shows up in my gmail inbox)
-Can't use SMTP Auth/Secure (Because of GoDaddy's insane email port blocking practices)
-Site is as whitelisted as I can make it (they don't allow you to whitelist your own site, so I did it's IP address)
$mail = new PHPMailer(); $mail->isSMTP(); $mail->IsHTML(true); $mail->Host = 'a2plcpnl0327.prod.iad2.secureserver.net'; $mail->User="support@Mysite.com"; $mail->Password="Password"; $mail->Port = 25; $mail->SMTPAuth = false; $mail->SMTPSecure = false; $mail->Priority = 1; $mail->AddCustomHeader("X-MSMail-Priority: High"); $mail->From ='support@Mysite.com'; $mail->FromName = "Website"; $mail->addSender = 'support@Mysite.com'; $mail->AddAddress("support@Mysite.com", "Website"); $mail->addReplyTo("support@Mysite.com", "Website"); $mail->WordWrap = 50; $mail->Subject = "Website Contact Form"; $mail->Body = $message; $mail->AddAddress("firstname.lastname@example.org"); $mail->Send()
Sorry for the poorly labeled post, they had no applicable labels.
Thanks for posting in our community forums. Without the actual email address it's hard to determine the issue. You will want to give our hosting team a call to look into this. They can be reached by dialing 480-463-8824.
