I tested the Subscribe link using a personal email address not connected with my GoDaddy account and no verification email was sent out. How do I fix this?

I'm not aware of any issues. I recently tested this and didn't encounter any trouble. You might want to check your spam/bulk mail folder for that email address. Otherwise you might want to call Support so they can test your individual account in detail.

I put in over 20 email address and shows only 8 were sent ?

@Mjdryna - As Gary mentioned, first check your "other" or "spam" folder for the email.
If you don't find it, make sure your sign up form is set to "Double Opt-In" subscription. It's set this way by default, but if you've changed it to "Single Opt-In" the subscription email will not be sent. There are some help articles that explain this further.
If it continues to happen after updating your settings, feel free to use the "chat" link in the upper right corner of your Email Marketing product to be directed to our email marketing specialists.
