Font size in header headline arbitrarily changed. Unable to fix.

I went into the editor to work on my site. The font size for the headline of the header has decreased considerably (it now matches the font size of the paragraph text I'm using as a subtitle). This makes the front page look terrible. There is no way to edit headline font size. Why did it change and how can I change it back?

Any help would me much appreciated.
