Forms require server-side code to function, but you can only add client-side code to the website builder.  Though you can determine what a form looks like with HTML, it would need a form action script external to the website builder.  There are 3rd party providers that host forms, and Google happens to be one of them.

    Hi @RSG0331,

    Welcome to the Community!

You will need to work out the particulars of using GoogleDocs with Google themselves (receiving notifications, forms, etc). But you can place an "action button" on your Websites+Marketing page that will direct to an outside URL or link. This could be used to send your visitors to another form location through that URL. You would then manage the input with the third party.
