Hosting Accounts "VPS"

This my first time using godaddy, I have bought VPS and complete all steps to create it, after setting up server name and user name ,etc... I stuck in this page "Updating account. This can take up to 2 minutes." and nothing happened for 2 hours right now... What should I do...
