How to trigger Google Analytics event when button is clicked

Hi - has anyone come up with a work-around for triggering a Google Analytics event when a button is clicked on GoDaddy's Builder website? I reached out to support and was told that it is "out of scope" even though GoDaddy says that it supports Google Analytics....

Any help would be really appreciated! Thanks!

W+M supports Google Analytics in that you have the ability to input your GA tracking ID to then be able to view all the statistical data gathered.   Beyond that, what you were told by support is accurate.

W+M is a great starter platform.  Being it is a "builder" which takes the majority of code and technicalities off the table for users, there are inherent limitations.

If you need more functionality, maybe check out WordPress where you have more control and can do what you describe.  😉
