PDF files lose names when downloading from website

I have a button that allows user to download a PDF file. However, each time user downloads the file, it changes name to some code generated one (i.e. 36f00ae274281e90e620fe82c619d185).

I really need the file to retain its original name.

    Any suggestions?

I found some threads on the topic from years ago and it appeared to be solved, but I still have an issue.

    Hi @_Sergey_,

    Welcome to the Community!

Is the pdf named to your preference on your local drive prior to uploading to the W+M website? You may also wish to change the name of the file from within the editor using these instructions.

hello, this does not seem to work. I have pasted screenshots below that show what options I have available and that the file is named correctly as it is uploaded.

It is the PDF under link that shows the desired name: "Sergey Shkolnik CV" yet as download is pressed, the name of the file is something completely different.

    thank you for your help!
