Pop up email opt-in display

I want to have a pop-up where the user can enter their information on the pop-up to opt-in for promotions. I do not want the users to be navigated to another screen. After the user enter their email info or exit out the pop-up the user can now look at my website.

The Websties+Marketing plan will allow you to create a pop-up box to alert your customers to important information, announcements or sales. However you'll need to check the customization options to see if you can make it work for your purpose. Take a look at the instructions here.
