    Products page not loading

    Unable to open my products page. Logged in successfully and all other pages open but when trying to open 'my products' it keeps showing: 'an unexpected error has occurred'.

    Help! I need to update my website page. Thanks.

    Sounds like a caching issue. Try loading the site in an incognito/private window and you should have no issues.

    Etiquette When Asking for Help from the Community


    I've tried that and unfortunately still the same problem.

    Running into same problem to no avail. Customer Support chat just tells me to open new browser. I feel I have tried that. Admittedly I'm on an older system and am not finding the problem on a newer system.  But still, something has changed in the last couple of days on the GoDaddy side..

    Hi @PG1985 and @LogoHair. Are you still having this issue? It's possible there was something temporarily occurring on our end, but I haven't heard of others with the same issue.

    Still the case.  I've finally found away around that page via the menu drop down letting me get to the Mail Workspace Center.   To test for you I went to (I was already logged in) and then hit Products at the top of the page.  "An unexpected error occurred" is the only thing that shows up in the field of the page....but I hear my old laptop fan speed up as if that page is likely a lot heaftier load than it use to be.   All the heavy loaded animated windows and overdone Flash is really not helping those on older platforms. But hey, you're not alone in messing with a good thing.
