Re-direct not working, site is DOWN

I have 2 domains with goDaddy.  I had a re-direct in place and now it is not working and my business site is down.  This is the teal colored screen that comes up:

If you can see this page, then the people who manage this server have installed cPanel and WebHost Manager (WHM) which use the Apache Web server software and the Apache Interface to OpenSSL (mod_ssl) successfully. They now have to add content to this directory and replace this placeholder page, or else point the server at their real content.

If you are seeing this page instead of the site you expected, please contact the administrator of the site involved. (Try sending an email to <webmaster@domain>.) Although this site is running cPanel, WebHost Manager, and Apache software it almost certainly has no other connection to cPanel Inc. or the Apache Group. Please do not send mail about this site or its contents to cPanel Inc. or the Apache Group.

    About cPanel:

cPanel is a leading provider of software for the webhosting industry. If you would like to learn more about cPanel please visit our website at Please be advised that cPanel Inc. is not a web hosting company, and as such has no control over content found elsewhere on this site.

    About Apache HTTP Server:

The Apache HTTP Server is an open source web server which powers many of the worlds web sites. The Apache HTTP server is part of the Apache Group's many influential projects. Their efforts have helped shape much the world wide web, and they continue to be a dominating force in the web hosting industry.

**Can someone please help so that I can get my business site showing again.

    Thank you!

Will need more information to assist. Do both domains go to the same website?

What kind of hosting account do you have? is site hosted somewhere else?

How is the redirected domain setup to redirect?

does the main Domain for your site bring up the website?

for example. is configured as main domain and brings up a wordpress website. redirects to

when going to correct site come up.

when going to default page comes up and not the expected site?

If that is the case sounds like the redirected domain has not been configured on the hosting account.

to fix you will need to ether setup a CNAM DNS record for to point to or point the A record to the IP address for and then add your domain to your hosting account and configure it as an alias.

Thank you for the questions, I will clarify:

Each domain goes to a different website. Do you want the urls?

Web hosting is Linux hosted with goDaddy

This is how it use to come up: (which does not work now, but it did)

    This is what works now:

I didn't change anything.  The site went down with the apache/cpanel error screen showing and now I can only get to my business site via my personal website.

So would your remedy apply to this situation?

Both URL's are working for me now but going to different sites.

Not sure which site should go where but both URL's are working for me.

should both sites go to same website?

I am seeing different IP's for each site
