My website subscribers are not receiving a confirmation email after attempting to sign up.
Spoke to tech support via chat but the rep didn't know what subscribers are so I wanted to let the product team know that there's an issue.

Thanks for the input. We'll pass it along to our product developers so they can take a look. There are subscribers for both the website as well as the Email Marketing portion. Which one are you using?

This is for subscribers who've signed up to receive updates from me - a newsletter for example. I've tested the confirmation feature using other emails I own and the email notification I received from GD was inconsistent. Sometimes I got one, sometimes I didn't.
