If you are using GoDaddy's newest version of Website Builder, Website Builder vNext or GoCentral, the text color is determined by the theme and cannot be changed individually. GoDaddy has plans to give customers more font customization soon. There was some foundational work that had to get completed first and now that it's completed we are working on font customization.
