Upload Image for new product is not working

So I go to add a new product, then click ‘add image’. Nothing happens. Nothing at all! No error message, nothing.
I’ve tried clicking add video and that works!
I’ve tried changing browsers (I’m on mobile, apple and use FireFox so tried Google Chrome) exactly the same.
It was working up until a few days ago, although always temperamental. I’m trying to access the photos on my phone to upload with my products.
I’m really beginning to wish I hadn’t paid a years subscription as I’d be interested to try some other web shop building companies.

I've found some odd caching issues with the GoDaddy end user interface. I now only use GoDaddy through an incognito or private window (depending on the browser), and I have no issues. Give that a shot and see if it helps your issue.
