    increase Upload Max File Size & Max Post Size

    Hi there

    I recently bought a theme from Envato and there's a minimum requirement  for the theme to work properly. Can you advise me how and where I can increase the Upload Max. Filesize to min 32M and Max. Post Size min 32M. Thanks
