there are a lot of free tools out these days that can help determine if your marketing message is getting to your audience, and whether they are doing anything with your message. We use hootsuite, which has a subscription model that's pretty reasonable. I know there are the big names out there which probably don't work for a lot of small startups. I see you're the admin, are you asking this for yourself or for others to chime in?
