Does anyone know how to get in touch with a Godaddy executive, our site has been down for 3 days and we are told it will possibly be down until Friday. This is our 2nd biggest sales week of the year and we have put out thousands of dollars in advertising. Our clients reach us via our website. Huge loss and so disgusted with godaddy. I am so frustrated with the many calls and different answers each time. I did advise if they can't resolve this issue I may likely go to a different company. The Godaddy rep said OK. We have multi business and all service through Godaddy and no help! No person from Godaddy can give us a contact or have their senior customer relations person reach out to us!
