My website http://www.kaho.news is not working, is there any way to submit a support ticket for this issue?
A support ticket would be of no use with just "my site doesn't work".
If you give details though then perhaps someone here on the forum may help give guidance.

That actually is no longer a working address. We've transitioned some time ago to live support options via phone or chat. Right now the chat teams are mainly available Mon-Fri 5AM - 6PM (UTC-7), but we are working to expand their availability. When they're in you should notice an option to start a session at the top or bottom of this page.
In the meantime, phone teams are still 24/7 so anyone can call in for direct assistance.
