Just a few words of advice for having phone support in the Philippines. It doesn't work here. The main mobile phon service providers limit a phone call to 10-minutes. Since your system uses up 1+ minutes making menu choices, then the average wait time is 10+ minutes, it's difficult to ever reach an agent. But, if I do I always quickly explain to the agent the this time limit, and they always ask for my call back number. Now, in 7 years of being with GoDaddy, I've twice received a call back out of maybe a dozen calls.
So, another solution would be nice that doesn't require me to use a chat system that primarily operates when most of the Eastern hemisphere is asleep. I'm trying my 4th attempt now, just to try an purchase something.
