Phone support in the Philippines

Just a few words of advice for having phone support in the Philippines. It doesn't work here. The main mobile phon service providers limit a phone call to 10-minutes. Since your system uses up 1+ minutes making menu choices, then the average wait time is 10+ minutes, it's difficult to ever reach an agent.
But, if I do I always quickly explain to the agent the this time limit, and they always ask for my call back number.
Now, in 7 years of being with GoDaddy, I've twice received a call back out of maybe a dozen calls.

So, another solution would be nice that doesn't require me to use a chat system that primarily operates when most of the Eastern hemisphere is asleep.
I'm trying my 4th attempt now, just to try an purchase something.

Thanks for reaching out! We haven't had any other reports of this, but I recommend try calling our support using a landline instead of on your cellphone. We also have more than one number provided for the Philippines region: Countrywide+63 923 099 0453 or (02) 231-2988.
