Contact Form not sending to email

    Hi Guys,

My first time using a managed WP site rather than hosting and not loving the experience.

I am using the Office 365 email I got free with sign up but I guess my site is looking for emails on the godaddy server so they are not making it to my email account.  As I can't access the cPanel how do I change this setting.

    Really frustrating!

You've wrapped up a couple different things in that question so I'll see if I can break them out

    1) Managed WordPress as you've mentioned doesn't come with email

    2) Many hosts do their DNS management via cPanel - GoDaddy has their own DNS management

    3) It sounds like all you need to do is update the MX record for your domain to point to Office 365
