I have 50GB of storage space in my wordpress website plan. I cannot upload any media into the "add new products" WOOCommerce system. I tried adding APP to increase the upload limit to 500MB.
Every time I try to upload a media file any size 50MB/100MB/150MB/200MB/250MB...etc I get an upload FTTP error. I wasted so much time. This is very frustrating. I have tried for 2 months now with no success.
Can someone please tell me how to upload media into my WOOCommerce New Product wordpress system? I need to build a shopping cart ASAP. But I cannot do anything. I cannot call the customer service phone number and there is no chat online system to use that I know of.
