Plugin updates takes lots of time

I have worked on a website hosted in Godaddy Managed Wordpress plan. The front-end of the website works fine. But when I try to update plugins it takes more time than normal. Small plugins update after that, but larger plugins like Woocommerce don't update completely. So it breaks the website. Does anyone face such issue?

Please note this is not about slow front-end of the website. It's only the plugins which takes lots of time to update.

    Thanks for any suggestions.

From time to time I find that WooCommerce and some other plugins fail on updating (both on GoDaddy and others) no reason why just happens
