I am literally losing my sleep. I advised my client to buy managed WordPress hosting which I am just using for the first time. When she bought it, I realized it doesn't have Cpanel which is a lifesaver.
I have had "The site is experiencing technical difficulties." for about 3 days now and all I have done to remove this has proven abortive and it is frustrating me and also making me lose sleep.
I got a recovery mode email but then it's not working as its saying recovery mode not activated. At this stage, all I need is a help. Please help me
What I suggest is using FTP update the wp-config.php file and set debug to true
Then after you wait a minute or two you should be able to refresh the screen to see the actual error that is being displayed - Also it should show at the bottom of the recovery email what the error is.
It is typically a plugin or theme file with an error or missing file - If you rename the plugin folder (assuming it is a plugin issue) it should disable that plugin and then you can get into the site
