I added couple of TXT and an A record a week before but still do not see it updated. I'm tried of contacting the award winning Customer Support Team as they are not sure about what a TXT or MX records are for.
URL works only with www and not without it.
P.S I've added an A record with my domain name but it is of no help as it's not updated. Please look in to it and do the needful.

If you would like assistance from an agent you will need to contact live support or if you'd like to provide a screenshot of your DNS and the domain others in the Community may be able to offer you suggestions.
