    Added new sub-domain which loads www in front unintentionally

    I'm a website developer that adds sub domains to host the preview stages of my clients websites. So far it seems like DNS work is what I lack the most on. I've setup a sub-domain cmartbooks.benkuhman.com, and that one works fine. However I'm re-designing my own site using the sub-domain benkuhman2.benkuhman.com. I'm pretty certain I have the A record setup fine. It's identical to the other sub-domain. However, whenever you go to that URL, it immediately throws a www in front of it (www.benkuhman2.benkuhman.com) and I can't deduce why that's happening.

    Hi @Bensirpent07, 

    I suggest taking a look at your 'www' CNAME and see where it is pointing to. If that doesn't resolve the issue, please give our support team a call.
