Amazon Nameservers

I'm moving a site to Amazon. After some time, I found the routing tables and copied the DNS information from there into our GoDaddy DNS management. 24 hours ago. There has been no apparent change; when I do a traceroute, it indicates the domain is still at the old server. If I made an error at Amazon wouldn't our GoDaddy DNS records still be pointing there?

Please keep in mind it can take 24-48 for any DNS changes to externally reflect. If your DNS information has still not updated, I suggest reaching out to Amazon to make sure the correct DNS records have been added. If they are correct, you'll want to contact our support team to look further into your issue.
