I have a domain, I was planing to leave it to expire by time, but today I received an email saying that my domain has successfully auto-renewed (1 year) afterwards I deleted the domain from the dashboard. Does this mean I will automatically receive a refund ? Or should I contact the customer support?
Also about customer support, why there is no any email or live chat support ? Why on earth should I make an international call to another country to ask for customer support ! I'm totally shocked.
