Can I get a refund for my recently renewed domain.

I have a domain, I was planing to leave it to expire by time, but today I received an email saying that my domain has successfully auto-renewed (1 year) afterwards I deleted the domain from the dashboard. Does this mean I will automatically receive a refund ? Or should I contact the customer support?


Also about customer support, why there is no any email or live chat support ? Why on earth should I make an international call to another country to ask for customer support ! I'm totally shocked.


Same issue here. Hard to believe there is no advance notification of an ANNUAL auto renewal especially when the renewal rate was exponentially higher than the original charge. And they make you call a person to resolve it. Refund is great but they sucked a large sum from my account and now am waiting days for the reversal. Pretty terrible customer experience.
