You hosting I'm not sure about, but your domain is safe. Also any email from godaddy telling you that your domain was about to expire would tell you also how to renew it.
Your domain is indeed expired and will need to be renewed in your account. When your domain expires, most registrars will temporarily pay to keep the name from being returned to the registry so that it is retained in your account for a period of time -- to allow for your renewal. This will cause an additional year to be reflected at the Registry -- like the one you are seeing that says 2018.
To renew a domain from an expired status, you will see it in the Expired Domains screen. The article below will assist you in paying for the renewal quickly.

Thanks for clearing that up. I don't think that that practice helps some searches though, it's rather counterproductive for obvious reasons, and I am not entirely sure that most registrars do this................. but I'm not the boss!! Thank goodness....... I don't want electric fence and guard dogs.......and I like friends, joking...... humour? lol (we brits love satire you know).
If the domain has been expired so long that you no longer see it in the account, the first thing you should do is look it up in a whois directory. If it is still at the Registry (where is was returned to) it will either say "Status: Pending Delete" - which means it cannot be recovered; or it will say "Status: Redemption Period" -- meaning a call to customer support is in order to see if we can pull it back into your account. There is an associated redemption fee with this process.
If, however, the domain's status is active and you see another person as registrant, it was registered by another party after the registry released the domain. You would have to contact that registrant to buy it back from them.
I have got 2 domain few months ago in my account. Now one of them is showing and working fine. But the other one which I forwarded to the main domain isn't showing in my account and neither redirecting to the main domain. Can any one please help or godaddy support can check why is this happening?
I was trying to find what the yearly fee is for each of my domains. The only way I could figure out what the cost is, is to go through the renewal process all the way to adding the renewal to a cart and proceeding all the way through the process up until the payment point. It would be really nice if the renewal cost information was available in the My Products/Manage screen for a particular domain.
