Can't access domain and need help to move it to a new account.

Hi,

 

Is there a way to transfer customer domain to our Godaddy account when domain in subject doesnt have account that can  log in.

 

The domain should have been transferred to us from old registrant but instead have been transferred to customer directly (domain has customer email in registrant info). Our dns server are listed on the domain and customer has access to that email listed. Tried password reset with customer email to godaddy but no account exists with specified email.

Did ever get this figured out sir? As long as you keep the dns the same your old email server will work, if your switching email servers as well you generally export,switch, import.
