Can't add any Account Administrators

I'm trying to add an Account Administrator and assign them to look after a few domains.

However, after the user accepts the invitation, they don't actually show up in my list of Account Administrators...

I've sent the person 3 separate invites. They accept it, says all good on their end but when i check the list of Account Administrators, it's still empty....

I just got off the phone with support for this same issue. It turns out they discontinued account administrators as a feature in July or so, so the only option left is account delegation. Cpanel might have some options for more granular access control, depending on what you want to achieve (I'm looking into that now).

Have you tried to refresh the page?

yes. refreshed, new browser, checked it again after 48 hours... no joy

I'm having the same issue. Did you manage to get it sorted? If so, how?

I'm having the exact same issue. Judging by this thread's publication date, this is a recent bug that has still not been fixed. I've sent two invitations, they've both accepted and my administrators' list is still empty.

Thanks for letting us know.

Very disappointing GoDaddy would discontinue something so half-arsed.
