Can't alter my domain nameserver

I have a domain on godaddy ".com.br" and I'm not being able to set its nameservers to my server. Everytime I tried, I received an e-mail that says:

Erro: Parameter value syntax error; Invalid attribute value syntax; IPADDRESS0: (123.456.789.101) ; Name server pending addition is not registered: ns500.hostgator.com.br; Parameter value syntax error; Invalid attribute value syntax; IPADDRESS0: (123.456.789.101)

What bothers me is that, I have another domain running in the same nameserver and there are no problems there.
Anything I'm doing wrong or is it a bug?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Can't alter my domain nameserver

Greetings @aletaschner ,

Thanks for visiting The Community. It's interesting that you say you are using them elsewhere on our system, but they cannot be used on this domain. I was going to suggest you "register" them as follows: https://godaddy.com/help/add-my-own-host-names-as-nameservers-12320

It may still be worth a try, as I do not know if they are currently being used in a different account with us or if it is something unique to .com.br domains. Information specific to these domains (including DNS Settings) can be found at: https://br.godaddy.com/help/about-br-domains-6020

I hope that helps,
