If the domains were recently registered, some TLDs may require additional time to be delivered to your account. You may also want to check the receipt emailed to you to be sure you are accessing the correct customer number. We recommend you clear the cache of your browser as well, or access the account and domain manager by using a private/incognito browsing window.
