DKIM Records Not Showing up

Trying to set up DKIM (and ultimately DMARC) through my Clearswift Secure Email Gateway.

 

The Clearswift UI creates the TXT values for you (so I didn't have to create it manually) however when I create the DKIM TXT record (I get no error) however  any test I use (i.e. MxToolbox) indicates the DKIM record does not show up.

NAME =  ff._domainkey.farrellfritz.com (ff is the zone & farrellfritz.com is the domain)

 

Already read in a related community question and the recommendation was to leave off the domain in the NAME field (in my case would then just be ff._domainkey). Tried that however got the same results.

 

Clearswift is pointing to some problem with my DNS record.

 

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
