Hi @Abdullahl99,

Welcome to the Community.

If you have submitted a Change of Account, email request, you will need to allow 24-72 hours to hear a response from the Account Recovery team. The requests are addressed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Are you still able to receive notifications of renewals at the email address already on the account? If so, you may wish to use these instructions to retrieve your login data so you can access the account and delete the domain. If you have a receipt for the renewals, the customer number (which can be entered as the user name) will be on the top of that email, so you'll just need to reset the password.

We are end users here in the community - Generally speaking auto renewal is enabled by default unless you specifically turn it off.

If you don't have access to your godaddy account any more - here is the help instructions in order to get access to the account - https://www.godaddy.com/help/regain-access-to-my-domain-or-my-account-4043

I have already filled the application
And I didn't get a response
I want to know the email with which the domain is registered
Or even delete the domain permanently

@Abdullahl99

As we are end users we don't have access to that information or ability to do so - You'll need to wait to get a reply on the account access
