Domain Claiming

Hi Team,

 my domain was expired two months back. i am busy with some personal works and i forgot to renewal. Now another one buy my domain and hosting the website is showing the same content which is before expiring my domain, 

 

Can you guys please tell me how can i claim my domain at least content. because they are using my content now.

It sounds like you're still hosting the site but they bought the domain and didn't change the IP address. As long as you have control of the hosting environment yourself, you should be able to disconnect the domain. You would first have to determine what kind of hosting you're on, however.

Unfortunately once the domain is returned to the registry after expiry (about 45 days) it's then open to be claimed by who ever registers it.

 

For the website one possibility is it may simply still be connected to your own hosting plan.  For this you would just need to change the domain in your hosting settings.

 

If they did copy your content to another server you would need to contact their hosting provider. Use this tool to find the provider or post the domain if you need help.
