Domain IP has been changed

What a hell was that?? Why was my domain IP changed to 50.63.202.20 ? I see settings are allright - it is pointing to the correct IP. But nslookup resolves it to 50.63.202.20.

I have renewed it a few days ago, Feb 02 I think. Can anyone explain me what happened? Should I plan outages every time I have to renew a domain?

Server logs indicate that connecting to the domain started timing out arround the time I paid for the domain renewal, give or take a couple minutes.

Hi @netikras. Thanks for being part of GoDaddy Community!

Usually, when this happens it's due to forwarding having been added to the domain previously but not fully removed. When the domain is renewed, the forwarding is reactivated. You can probably address this by accessing your domain settings, removing forwarding, then making sure your domain is pointed toward the IP address you want it to be in it's DNS settings. Hope that helps.
