I know that sometimes it can take a bit for a domain to appear in an account. Especially if it's a country specific domain like .co.za. It does look like that domain is currently active though. I suggest clearing your browser's cache to make sure it is loading the most recent information. If that doesn't help, please get in touch with our customer care team so they can take a closer look.
