We had set up this redirect months ago and it worked great. Sometime this month, the connection started timing out. Let's call the main domain A and the domain being forwarded to B. B loads fine on its own, while A times out when redirecting to B, so I don't think there is a problem with B. There is something with the redirect.
I have searched the forums and have not had luck in finding a solution that works. Below are the setup details. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Domain: ChooseArnott.com
Forward to: https://www.arnottindustries.com/choose-arnott

I just tried http://ChooseArnott.com and it forwarded without issue. Are you inside a network where there could be a setting in the network affecting it?

I'm glad you brought that up. That's the one thing I didn't think about. We are inside a network that was recently updated. That update had messed up a different redirect to where it works outside the network but not inside. This is probably related to that issue.
There maybe an internal DNS for the network and the domain wasn't configured to point to the GoDaddy forwarding IP address - if that gets setup / configured you "should be" good to go
