Domain Transfer denied - checked the steps.

Just had domain transfer denied, but after the Reasons: 

There is nothing. So I have no idea what is needed to achieve this transfer.

Have checked all privacy and protection. I have triple checked the steps in the "help transfer domain from godaddy"

and all is in order.

And with no email support, what are you meant to do, especially when I unable to contact call support.

Did you recently buy this domain? there is a 60 day lock on domains I believe.
