You might want to double check and ensure that a second account wasn't accidentally created. You can check the customer number on the receipt you received against the customer number of the account that you were logged into.
If the domain still isn't listed in the account, there might have been an issue with the order. In that case, you would need to contact Support to review your account in detail. Support can be reached by calling any of the numbers on this page:
