Domain expiring soon, but cannot renew

I have a domain *.it expiring at december 2016 , but I cannot renew it. When i click to renew on my dashboard domain, it'll be disappear on purchase screen. Anyone help me?

I'm sorry you're having so much trouble renewing your domain name. I would recommend calling in to talk to our Support Reps and seeing if they can renew it for you. I hope this helps!

I was call to your support at Hochiminh city, and she said: she created a ticket for headquater renew this domain. But now my domain expired, and it not renew, why??? i was payment for renew this domain.

Thank you for your reply. I'm not quite sure what the ticket was for. I recommend reaching back out to support to get to the bottom of this.

Hi SMattingly,

 

I have the same problem  with a domain that I have. It will expire in December 2018 and it asks me to renew it now, however when I try it asks to contact the support line. 

 

Why is the customer service so bad? The chat service is always unavailable and I do not want to spend excessive money calling the helpline. 

 

Could you please sort out the problem by email.
