Domain renewed but not in the account

My domain was due for renewal November last year and my bank was debited for the transaction but my domain was not renewed and now my domain is no longer in my account. complained on twitter cos that was the only way I could reach for help yet it has not been resolved. What do I do?

We are end users like you - as this is account specific, I recommend calling into support and they can tell you what happened - https://www.godaddy.com/help/contact-us

 

The other thing to see is if you have a receipt for the renewal to double check the account number vs the account you are logging into. Sometimes people end up with multiple GoDaddy accounts and the product is in a different account than they are logged into
