Domain reports both old and new nameservers

Hello,

I transferred a .eu domain (jarousek.eu) to GoDaddy. I changed the nameservers to GoDaddy's defaults. It's been more than 48 hrs since the last change and the domain is reporting alternately old and new nameservers. For example: https://dnschecker.org/#NS/jarousek.eu . If you dig for example Cisco's OpenDNSs, it's alternately reporting both nameservers. I also figured out that the nameservers change is immediate in eurid WHOIS: https://whois.eurid.eu/en/?domain=jarousek.eu. But there are listed all nameservers. The domain should be displaying GoDaddy's parking page, emails should be pointed to outlook.com (outlook is reporting that the domain settings are wrong). Could anyone take a look at this and give me some advice? Thanks in advance.

Re: Domain reports both old and new nameservers

Hi there @AndyCZE. Thanks for posting and being a part of the GoDaddy Community. Smiley Happy

When we check your whois data, it appears your domain had DS records that were formatted to work with your old nameservers. DS records move with the domain when you transfer the domain, and the DS records that worked on your old nameservers would not work on your new nameservers. If you contact our support line, we can make sure that these get removed so that your new nameservers work normally.

Hope this helps!
