Domain transfer is pending and both Goadady and the old registrar know nothing about it!

Hi, my domain nasser-ss.com was supposed to be transferred from launchpad to

Godaddy but it's still pending even after the appointed transfer date.

I got the transfer confirmation email and I accepted it immediately, also I got the email

From Hostgator confirming the request and informing me that if I did not cancel the

Transfer request by 12th of November the transfer will be done.

But the domain status here on Godaddy's dashboard is:

Transfer status:
Pending transfer-in.
Recommended action:
We're waiting for approval from the sending registrar, which can take up to 7 days.

I contacted Hostgator but they told me they can not see any action that can be done
