Getting error message when trying to transfer Domain

Hi. I am trying to transfer my domain to GoDaddy , but on the first step when i have to provide domain name - i am constantly getting "There was an error processing your request. Please try again". 

I have requested transfer out on my provider and have got domain opened and have keys for it.

could you help me with this issue ?

What is the extension of the domain? Not all extensions are transferable.

What is the extension of the domain? Not all extensions are transferable.

It is .com domain

Guys, there is no any solution here. Because I have the same issue, could you please let me know if there is any solution? The domain is .com

@Costantino, Make sure you are only including the domain (i.e. domain.com) - if you include http:// or www. before the domain it will give you an error.
